Hello, this is the first chapter chat activity for week 1 and I did digital design for the new book we are reading fish in a tree and this is the main character in the book her name is Ally and she gets made fun of because she is odd but no one knows she can't read.

this is my poster for my book buzz. I really like it. I finished it today.

  on Waitangi day I went to the beach with my cousins. We went to Wahi beach, We were the first ones there, my cousins got there after us. Before my cousins came me and my brother went boogie boarding on a huge wave, some waves took me to the shore, some just bumped me. After a little bit, my cousin came. One of my cousins went to go on a big wave with my brother, my other cousin went to go play with my sister and my aunt went to go teaching my sister to boogie board with my other sister. So it was just me playing the waves and trying to surf on a boogie board. After that when we went home, mum noticed I was sunburnt on my hands, legs and face then I had to go to school the next day and I was as red as a tomato so I was very scared. And that was my Waitangi day story.
